BURLINGTON, VT. — Valentine’s Day vibes prompted the formulators at Ben & Jerry’s when they created the premium ice cream maker’s first limited batch flavor of 2025.

The new Chocolate Covered Strawberry creation features a strawberry ice cream base, along with swirls of strawberry jam and chocolate fudge flakes.

"Who can resist the indulgence of eating a juicy strawberry dipped in rich chocolate, especially on Valentine's Day?" Ben & Jerry’s flavor guru José Ureña asked. "We carefully created this flavor with that satisfaction in mind, enhancing our classic strawberry ice cream for an irresistibly delicious Ben & Jerry's experience."

The company shared that the limited edition pints arrived in freezer aisles this week.

The latest product from Ben & Jerry’s follows recent launches of sundae creations and larger carton sizes.
