CHICAGO — The cheese makers at Boursin had spring and summer occasions in mind when developing the brand’s newest limited time product, Boursin Lemon & Dill.

Part of Bel Brands USA, Boursin described the new flavor as a citrusy twist, featuring tangy lemon and notes of herbaceous dill. 

The creators behind Boursin Lemon & Dill noted the new product may be spread on crackers, stirred into a lemon orzo pasta or added as a topping for grilled vegetables, among other applications.

"As we step into a season filled with sunshine, garden fresh ingredients and effortless entertaining, we're delighted to introduce a flavor that brings a burst of brightness to every bite," Boursin brand director Katie Herrmann said. "Lemon is a seasonal favorite among food lovers, and with dill continuing to trend in the cheese category, Boursin Lemon & Dill brings a fresh twist to spring brunches, summer soirées and everything in between."

Bel Brands USA said the new variety debuted at select retailers, such as Publix, Albertson's and Hy-Vee, with more distribution planned for the rest of 2025.

Boursin also announced it is turning a former limited time flavor, Black Truffle & Sea Salt, into a permanent part of its lineup, citing consumer demand.
