MEXICO CITY — International packaging machinery manufacturer Serac Inc. introduced the new general manager for its Serac MidAm operations, Roxana Rossette.
Serac shared that Rossette will lead the establishment and growth of Serac MidAm’s presence in Mexico and Latin America, with a focus on building “a strong operational, administrative and commercial foundation” to better serve the company’s customers in the region, where Serac expects to fortify long-term partnerships.
Rossette’s food and beverage industry experience includes 20-plus years in commercial and strategic leadership positions, with senior roles at companies such as JBT Corporation, GEA Group, and SPX Flow. Her work for those companies involved leading regional businesses development and managing sales and project cycles in Latin America.
Serac noted that Rossette’s professional background provided her with expertise across solutions for dairy, beverages, meats, packaging, and fruit and vegetable processing. The company said she will develop tailored, value-driven strategies that address the specific needs of those sectors.
“Roxana’s appointment reflects our long-term commitment to the region and our confidence in her leadership,” Serac Inc. managing director Nicolas Ricard said. “Her strategic vision, regional expertise and customer-first mindset will be essential as we continue to grow in the Americas.”
Rossette described joining Serac as a professional milestone.
“It’s a privilege to contribute to a company with such a respected legacy in filling and packaging technologies — not only in food and beverage, but also in high-growth markets such as personal care, household products, paint, automotive and agrochemicals,” she said.
Serac first opened a Mexico City location in 2023.
