PLYMOUTH, WIS. – Sargento Foods promoted Chris Regennitter and Joy Judski into new sales leadership roles within its consumer products division, appointing Regennitter as the division’s senior vice president of sales and naming Judski the vice president of sales.

In Regennitter’s role, he will lead the sales organization, inclusive of category management, retail execution and sales planning, with a primary goal of driving long-term stakeholder value for Sargento.

Judski will lead the company’s geographic retail sales force across the US and customer partnerships for the club channel, C-store, drug and international businesses.

A Sargento employee since 2019, Regennitter has more than 20 years of experience in sales and business leadership. Most recently, he served as Sargento’s VP of sales, leading sales across the retail grocery channel. The company credited him with growing the business, driving innovation and building relationships with key customers.

He previously worked in leadership roles at Kraft Heinz, Inc., and PepsiCo/Frito-Lay. Regennitter also is a veteran of the US Army, serving six years and holding the ranks of captain and lieutenant along the way. He received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the US Military Academy at West Point.

In Judski’s new role at Sargento, her focus will be increasing brand penetration while maintaining category leadership in grocery. She also leads the omni channel sales team, which manages the strategic planning and execution of retailer media and retailer search.

She first joined the company in 2013, and most recently worked as the senior director of sales. Sargento cited her joint business planning and team development skills, crediting her with deepening the company’s relationships with strategic customers, leading to significant topline growth.

Judski has more than 20 years of leadership, sales and trade strategy experience. Before joining Sargento, she was the director of trade marketing and category management for Lactalis.

She received both her MBA and her bachelor’s in marketing from Canisius College.
