WASHINGTON – Conference organizers the International Dairy Foods Association and Ever.Ag announced DairyTech will return in 2023, after making its debut earlier this year.

Created to bring together dairy business and tech executives, the second annual DairyTech conference is scheduled for May 17-18, 2023, in Minneapolis.

Focusing on technological trends that will impact the food and beverage sector, the slate for the two-day event includes keynotes, panel discussions, networking opportunities and more for senior executives and experts in technology, innovation, data and cybersecurity.

The conference’s organizers plan to highlight important developments from around the globe, with programming designed to drive innovation and efficiency, and enhance global competitiveness.

Some of the sessions already planned will dive into the digital possibilities within the dairy supply chain, cybersecurity, e-commerce and the circular economy. Event organizers also said they invite proposals for additional conference session topics and speakers.

“Emerging technologies are changing the food and beverage landscape, and this change is increasing on an exponential scale,” said Michael Dykes, IDFA’s president and chief executive officer. “IDFA is thrilled to once again partner with Ever.Ag on a conference that shines a light specifically on the technological challenges and opportunities for dairy’s future. There’s no better place or time to get a pulse on the breadth of innovation in dairy processing than at DairyTech.”

Added Ever.Ag CEO Scott Sexton: “To meet the challenges of tomorrow, companies need to push the bounds of innovation and integrated technologies today. DairyTech will inspire dairy business leaders to embrace change and connect them with experts specializing in technological transformation.”

The organizations first introduced the conference in May 2022, in Austin, Texas. More information on the second annual DairyTech event, including registration details, is available online at the DairyTech website.
