PLYMOUTH, WIS. – Artisan cheesemaker Sartori Company received three medals at the 2023 International Cheese and Dairy Awards, with Sartori’s Cherrywood Smoked Cheddar earning gold in the naturally smoked cheese (hard) class.

In one of the competition’s cheese with health benefits classes, Sartori’s SarVecchio Parmesan took silver, while the company’s Tennessee Whiskey BellaVitano picked up another silver in the cheese with alcohol class.

"All of us are honored to see Cherrywood Smoked Cheddar awarded on the world stage," said Pam Hodgson, master cheesemaker at Sartori. "It exemplifies the teamwork and collaboration that we strive for every day. Our success starts with the care of our family farmers and reflects the dedication to quality by our team members."
