FAIRFIELD, NJ – Schuman Cheese unveiled a new line of chocolate mascarpone truffle bites it is calling Delve.

The refrigerated confection snacks are made with Italian-style mascarpone cheese and wrapped in 100% pure, sustainably sourced chocolate, the company shared.

The new mascarpone truffles come in five flavors: Sea-Salted Caramel Crème, Raspberry, Lemon, Chocolate Ganache and Tiramisu.

While the Sea-Salted Caramel Crème, Raspberry, Lemon and Chocolate Ganache flavors are packaged in eight-count boxes, with an MSRP of $7.99 each, Schuman Cheese is making the Tiramisu option available exclusively in a 36-count pack. The larger packs also include the caramel and ganache varieties with an MSRP of $15.99.

"Delve is the epitome of those efforts, bringing truffles off the shelf and to fresh, new heights with the richness of our award-winning Mascarpone cheese, for an experience unlike any other. Think of us as your very own chocolatiers, conveniently available in the refrigerated section.”

The eight-count boxes will be sold at Amazon Fresh and various retailers in the US, such as Sprouts Farmers Market, Kroger, Publix and Wakefern. The 36-count packs will be available at Costco stores.
