CHICAGO – Irish dairy producer Truly Grass Fed announced its grass-fed butter and cheese products will be incorporated into upcoming cooking classes through a partnership with kitchen and culinary retailer Sur La Table.

The classes, to be taught by Sur La Table's in-house resident chefs throughout May, will focus on sweet and savory croissants, and teach at-home chefs how to mix and laminate dough, and shape and bake their croissants.

"Truly Grass Fed's collaboration with Sur La Table gives us an opportunity to share our sustainable butter with a whole new audience of home cooks – whether they are experts or just starting out," said Jaclyn Crabbe, marketing director at Truly Grass Fed. "Using the product firsthand in a recipe truly shows how and why the quality of your butter is so important, especially when it comes to baking."

The dairy manufacturer’s butter and cheese are sourced from cows in Ireland that are 95% grass-fed, non-GMO project verified, free from growth hormones and antibiotics, and animal welfare approved by A Greener World.

Natalie Rodgers, Sur La Table’s vice president of merchandising and business development, said class participants will be able to sample Truly Grass Fed’s cheese, “and really get to taste firsthand the difference that high-quality, minimally processed dairy makes when it comes to cooking and snacking.”

Sur La Table is hosting the classes throughout the United States in May. Tickets and more information can be found on the company’s website.
