FAIRFIELD, N.J. — Specialty cheese brand Cello’s latest innovation is a line of entertaining trays, which the company branded as Simple Pleasures.

The trays come in two versions. Trays with three or four wells retail for a suggested $9.99, while trays with five wells are listed at $19.99.

Cello made four varieties available with the launch.

The four wells options are:

• Asiago cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, BBQ Inka corn, and cornichon pickles and sweet Peruvian pearl pepper

• Artisan parmesan, grilled crostini, soppressata salami, and ccornichon pickles and sweet Peruvian pearl peppers

The five well trays come with soppressata salami, sharp cheddar, grilled crostini, copper kettle parmesan, and cornichon pickles and sweet Peruvian pearl peppers.

A three wells variety of cheese cubes includes asiago, sharp cheddar, and roasted red bell pepper and black pepper cheddar gruyere.
