SECAUCUS, NJ – A frozen dessert brand recently launched by renowned hip-hop artist Snoop Dogg and consumer packaged goods company Happi Co., Dr. Bombay Ice Cream shared that its products now will be distributed at Albertsons Companies grocery stores.

Six of the brand’s flavors – Bonus Track Brownie, Iced Out Orange Cream, Rollin' In the Dough, S'more Vibes, Syrupy Waffle Sundaze and Tropical Sherbet Swizzle – will be available in the frozen aisles of such retailers as Safeway, Albertsons, ACME, Jewel-Osco, Shaw's and Vons beginning this month.

Additionally, Dr. Bombay Ice Cream revealed its Fo' Shizzle Almond Fudge, set to arrive in February, will be sold exclusively at Albertsons stores.

"What makes me excited about selling with new retailers is expanding access to our product," Snoop Dogg said. "Allowing my friends, family and fans to be able to pick up some Dr. Bombay Ice Cream, a product I am so passionate about, anywhere they are, is what this is all about."

The rapper and entrepreneur teamed up with Happi Co. to create the brand under the Bosslady Foods umbrella in 2023.

"Our company started in a college dorm room with a dream of giving consumers mass access to hard-to-find products." Said Sam Rockwell, chief executive officer at Happi Co. "Dr. Bombay Ice Cream and our partnership with Albertsons is a step in realizing that dream. I speak on behalf of Snoop and the entire Bosslady team when I say how excited we are to be featured on Albertsons shelves as we continue to expand our brand across retail channels."
