Benton Smith joined Sosland Publishing in 2022 as the digital media editor for Dairy Processing. Previously, Benton worked at a daily newspaper for more than a decade, serving as both a reporter for the paper and a digital editor for the publication’s websites. He has a journalism and mass communication degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
